What is the registration fee for Mirion Connect?

- The conference fee for Mirion Connect (Wednesday through Friday) is $750
- If you attend pre-conference training on Monday or Tuesday, the conference fee is waived. Training costs $425 each half day, $850 full day, $1700 two days.
- Special tracks have unique pricing structures. Please contact us for details.

Are there any discounts available?
If you attend pre-conference training on Monday or Tuesday, the conference fee ($750) is waived.

How can I pay for my registration?
Payments can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), check or purchase order. You will be asked to pay online by credit card or note your desired form of payment during the registration process.

What is included in my conference registration?
- A conference-only registration includes the general session, all breakout sessions, meals and events from Tuesday night through Friday.
- A registration that includes training on Monday or Tuesday includes the training session you signed up for, plus the general session, all breakout sessions, meals and events beginning Monday morning.

Are meals included?
- Breakfast is provided Monday through Friday.
- Lunch is provided Monday through Thursday.
- Special events will take place on Tuesday and Thursday, where dinner will be served.

Does the registration include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
No. Transportation and hotel accommodations are not included in registration costs.

What is the venue location for Mirion Connect 2024?
Mirion Connect 2024 will be held at Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas. For more information, please visit our Hotel & Travel page.

How do I make hotel reservations to receive the discounted rate?
A block of rooms has been reserved for Mirion Connect attendees at the rate of $255 per night, plus state and local tax.
A portion of our block is at the prevailing government per diem rate for 2024 of $182 per night plus tax and fees.
Please book your room by Friday, July 5, 2024.

How do I make changes to my hotel reservation?
Once you book your reservation online, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the hotel. If you need to modify your reservation, follow the link provided through that email, or call the hotel directly at +1 888-444-6664. Please have your confirmation number ready.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
One night's room and tax advance deposit due at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

DART light rail is the fast, comfortable and economical way to connect the Omni Dallas Hotel with Dallas-area airports and other destinations.
- DFW International Airport – Take the Orange Line from DFW Airport Station to West End Station. Transfer to a Red or Blue line to Union Station for the Omni Dallas Hotel.
- Dallas Love Field – Take the Love Link from Dallas Love Field to Inwood/Love Field Station. Take the Orange or Green line to West End Station. Transfer to a Red or Blue line to Union Station for the Omni Dallas Hotel.
- A one-way ticket is $2.50 and valid for two-hours on all modes of travel and transfers. Buy your ticket and plan your trip using DART's GoPass℠ app available on Apple and Android smartphones.
DART’s D-Link bus is your free link to fun in downtown Dallas, the Bishop Arts District, Victory Park, The Cedars and lower Uptown. Board a bus on the east side of the Omni Dallas Hotel and explore these eclectic neighborhoods. Do I have to sign up for training sessions ahead of time?
Yes. You must sign up for training sessions ahead of time in order to attend, to help us track attendance and assign CECs. View our training schedule.

Do I have to sign up for breakout sessions ahead of time?
Yes. Signing up for breakout sessions allows us to gauge attendance and interest. However, you can change your breakout session selection after registration. View the breakout session schedule.
