A portion of our block is at the prevailing government per diem rate for 2026 of $126 per night plus tax and fees.

Group room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable resort fees. Therefore, in addition to the group room, there will be a daily resort fee of $29.99 per room, per night, plus applicable state and local tax. Resort fee includes the following items, services and/or amenities (which are subject to change without notice):
- Wireless internet access in guest rooms
- Daily access to Spa Mio fitness center only; all other facilities and services within Spa Milo are subject to retail costs and pricing
- Two bottles of M Resort water per day
