• The conference fee for Mirion Connect (Tuesday evening through Thursday) is $850
• If you attend pre-conference training on Monday or Tuesday, the conference fee is waived. Training costs $950 for a full day or $1900 for two days.
• Special sessions have unique pricing structures. Please contact us for details.

Payments can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), check or purchase order. You will be asked to pay online by credit card or note your desired form of payment during the registration process.

• A conference-only registration includes the general session, all breakout sessions, meals and events from Tuesday night through Thursday.
• A registration that includes training on Monday or Tuesday includes the training session you signed up for, plus the general session, all breakout sessions, meals and events beginning Monday morning.

• Breakfast is provided Monday through Thursday.
• Lunch is provided Monday through Thursday.
• Special events will take place on Tuesday evening, where dinner will be served.

No. Transportation and hotel accommodations are not included in registration costs.

A block of rooms has been reserved for Mirion Connect attendees at the rate of $169 room rate and a $29.99 resort fee per night, plus state and local tax.

A portion of our block is at the prevailing government per diem rate for 2026 of $126 per night plus tax and fees.

Once you book your reservation online, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the hotel. If you need to modify your reservation, follow the link provided through that email, or call the hotel directly at 877-673-7678. Please have your confirmation number ready.

One night's room and tax advance deposit due at the time of booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.

Rental car, taxi, Uber and Lyft are all available at the airport.

M Resort Airport Shuttle - Shuttle services to and from Harry Reid Airport are available by reservation from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. daily. We recommend reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your shuttle service, please call us at 702-797-1000.

Seats not claimed may be given away on a first-come, first-served basis. M Resort is not responsible for delays or missed reservations outside shuttle hours.

Yes. You must sign up for training sessions ahead of time in order to attend, to help us track attendance and assign CECs. 

Yes. Signing up for breakout sessions allows us to gauge attendance and interest. However, you can change your breakout session selection after registration.

We ask attendees to dress in business casual attire.
